About this position

The PPIC Staff is responsible for organizing and communicating the purchasing process schedule based on NetStock order recommendations, as well as monitoring and reporting on purchasing progress.

Responsibilities

• Menyusun dan mengkomunikasi jadwal proses pembelian berdasarkan rekomendasi order NetStock.
• Melakukan proses administrasi pembelian barang dengan dokumen MR untuk dikomunikasikan ke team Purchasing
• Melakukan kegiatan pemantauan dan pelaporan di NetStock terhadap progres pembelian untuk memonitor ketepatan kedatangan barang
• Melakukan kegiatan pembagian barang berdasarkan rekomendasi order NetStock ke cabang seluruh Indonesia
• Mengkomunikasikan transfer ke team Logistic
• Monitoring dashboard Netstock per warehouse terkait: stock out, potential stock out, surplus order, dan excess stock - dll
• Mampu menganalisa data dan mengkritisinya
• Familiar dengan Google Worksheet, excel tingkat Intermediate
• Terbiasa dengan ERP

Requirements

• Minimal S1, diutamakan dari jurusan Management
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang PPIC
• Kompetensi yang dibutuhkan: PPIC skills, planning skills, inventory skills, forecasting skills
