About this position

The Technical Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to the multifinance industry, ensuring that participants gain both technical and non-technical knowledge effectively.

Responsibilities

• Developing and Designing Training Materials:
• Create relevant and high-quality training materials related to the multifinance industry.
• Ensure training content includes technical aspects, such as the use of .NET and Angular (if applicable).
• Conducting Training Sessions:
• Deliver training programs effectively and interactively to employees or participants.
• Communicate technical and non-technical knowledge clearly and systematically.
• Identify participants’ training needs based on their roles or projects.
• Collaborate with related teams to align training content with organizational requirements.
• Evaluation and Feedback:
• Measure training effectiveness through post-training evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback to participants to enhance their skills.
• Continuous Development:
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the multifinance industry and relevant technologies (including .NET and Angular).
• Update training materials to reflect advancements in technology and industry needs.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with development teams to gain deeper insight into the technical aspects of the products or systems used.
• Support team development through knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for teaching
• Strong understanding of the multifinance industry
• Preferably with prior experience as a programmer for 2-3 years to ensure a good grasp of technical aspects
• Have experience working with .NET and Angular
• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
• Experience in designing technical course content
• Ability to address training needs with complete courses
• Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
