About this position

The Technical Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training materials and sessions related to the multifinance industry, ensuring participants acquire both technical and non-technical knowledge effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create relevant and high-quality training materials related to the multifinance industry
• Ensure training content includes technical aspects, such as the use of .NET and Angular (if applicable)
• Deliver training programs effectively and interactively to employees or participants
• Communicate technical and non-technical knowledge clearly and systematically
• Identify participants’ training needs based on their roles or projects
• Collaborate with related teams to align training content with organizational requirements
• Measure training effectiveness through post-training evaluations
• Provide constructive feedback to participants to enhance their skills
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the multifinance industry and relevant technologies (including .NET and Angular)
• Update training materials to reflect advancements in technology and industry needs
• Work closely with development teams to gain deeper insight into the technical aspects of the products or systems used
• Support team development through knowledge sharing

Requirements

• A genuine passion for teaching
• Strong understanding of the multifinance industry
• Preferably with prior experience as a programmer for 2-3 years to ensure a good grasp of technical aspects
• Have experience working with .NET and Angular
• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
• Experience in designing technical course content
• Ability to address training needs with complete courses
• Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
