Senior Business Development
About this position
Responsibilities
• Meet & Achieve sales target.
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts (Customer List & Project List)
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Build good relationship with customer
• Support the Business Development team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Analyze the market to identify new opportunities and industry trends for leverage.
• Assist in the development and execution of business development projects and initiatives.
• Develop and execute business development for key brands with B2B partners / principal to strengthen the relationship and sales objective.
• Understand and execute the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
• Building business relationships with current and potential clients
• Be an ambassador for the company at meetings and networking events. Connect with existing clients as well as retain new clients.
• Identifying and researching opportunities for new and existing markets. Researching prospective new clients, partners, and organizations.
• Lead the negotiation process for contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business economics & marketing, computer science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or related field, with minimum GPA 2,75
• Having minimum 3-5 years of proven sales track record in developing IT Software in Banking Segment (Preferably having experience in handling large banks in Indonesia)
• Attention to detail: meticulous and thorough in task management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication and presentation skills, Self-driven.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional time management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding in managing budgets and a track record of achieving sales targets is a plus.
• Able to build, manage, and maintain pipeline
• Having ability to work individual also cooperate with team.
• Having experience in creating/ prospecting and managing accounts
