About this position

The Sales Marketing Lead is responsible for achieving marketing and sales strategic goals, managing client relationships, and developing effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring achievement of Marketing & Sales strategic goals/objectives
• Ensuring achievement of Marketing & Sales team’s KPI/Performance
• Ensuring achievement of Sales by acquiring new clients and expanding business from existing clients
• Building and managing strong relationships with clients and helping business unit with continuous feedback
• Developing marketing plans or strategies based on market characteristics and organizational goals
• Developing pricing strategies to meet market demand and organizational objectives
• Evaluating financial aspects of products or services including budgets, expenditures, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
• Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve target goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any relevant fields
• 5-10 years’ experience as B2B sales professionals with excellent track records
• 3-5 years’ experience as team leader/manager
• Industry background: Banking, Finance, IT
• Exposure with IT and/or HR product & services in general would be an advantage (Training, outsourcing, headhunting)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong drive to achieve and exceed individual and company sales target
• Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and coordinate with other relevant teams
