About this position
Responsibilities
• Analyze digital paid marketing data and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Develop and help execute paid marketing budgeting & strategies across platforms such as TikTok Ads, META Ads, Google Ads and other relevant channels.
• Create, manage, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to drive results on key digital channels.
• Monitoring and optimizing the paid ads budget to ensure optimal allocation across digital ads funnels.
• Identify new growth opportunities through innovative channels or campaigns to support top-line revenue growth.
• Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Manage relationships with external agencies or vendors or ads manager from platforms, including overseeing project briefs, negotiations, timelines, and successful delivery.
• Generate creative ideas and strategies for new digital advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate closely on ad concepts and visual discussion for paid advertising campaigns.
• Design and conduct experiments to test and optimize paid advertising performance.
• Provide support to stakeholders on all matters related to paid advertising
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years in handling Digital Ads.
• FMCG Background is preferred.
• Expertise in digital advertising platforms and tools (e.g., TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads Manager, etc).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Previously handling team members.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop and implement effective digital media plan.
• Comfort with analyzing data and using it to drive next action.
• Keeps up with industry trends and new technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Works well with team members and other departments, global team to achieve digital goals.
