• Responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple outlets (10-15 outlets)
• Ensuring quality service standards
• Driving business growth
• Managing a team of restaurant staff
• Implementing operational strategies
• Optimizing performance metrics to enhance customer experience
Requirements
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience min. 2 years in managing multiple restaurant outlets (up to 8 outlets)
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Financial acumen and budget management skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Well groom is a must
