Responsibilities
• Overseeing the kitchen operations
• Creating menu offerings
• Maintaining quality standards
• Developing kitchen staff
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene practices
Requirements
• Proven experience, min. 2-3 years as a Head Chef or senior role in a similar setting
• Expertise in creating chinese cuisine (Haka, Cantonese)
• Expertise in creating dimsum (traditional and character)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Creativity and innovation in menu development
