About this position
Responsibilities
• Presenting Aquaproof products to Owners, Architects, and Consultants. Build business relationship with Architects and interior designers.
• Sales target of minimum BOQs and Project specification of Aquaproof products on hi rise/large projects. The Sales specifier is responsible for generating sales through the Owners, Architects, and Consultants for large sites.
• Organizing and giving workshops/training at Owners, Architects, and Consultants for Aquaproof products with aim of Brand awareness.
• Work with the Contractors/Applicators of both companies to control quality of implementation at the converted site.
• To develop our presence, market share, and brand visibility in the Owners, Architects, and Consultants segment.
• Establish Aquaproof brand awareness in building chemicals and waterproofing market by providing Aquaproof products’ specifications to get customers’ acceptance on product quality.
• Organize project prospect funnel.
• To maintain and develop the best possible relationship with Owners, Architects, and Consultants, and provide them with our best possible technical support and service.
• To participate in the evolution of our strategy to Owners, Architects, and Consultants and propose some evolutions of our services, displays, mockups, marketing tools.
• Identify potential customers through effective mapping techniques.
Requirements
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Architect, or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related filed.
• Required Skill(s): Brand development, Marketing, Product Knowledge, Presentation and Benchmarking.
• Preferably experienced waterproofing or building chemicals products.
• Having wide networking with architects, contractors, consultants and owner/developers.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Have own vehicle and driving license.
• Fluent in English both oral and written is a plus.
• Willing to be placed at Graha Adhicakra, Jakarta Pusat.
