AAA Regal Ambulance now has a fleet of 5 ambulances with a team of highly trained paramedics, operating throughout Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore.
The Medical Advisor (Doctor TPA/Insurance) is responsible for providing medical inquiries and advice related to insurance claims, training on medical terms, and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
• To provide medical inquiries / investigations for insurance claims.
• To provide medical advice / recommendation on claim decision.
• To provide training related to medical terms.
• To provide medical claims analysis for statistical report purpose.
• To maintain relationship with respective clients by making calls and email
Requirements
• Doctor ( General Practitioner ), with 24 hours on call availability.
• Good command of English ( Oral & Written ).
• Have experience in Insurance, or Assistance Company related industry with minimum 2 years.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point ( advanced ).
• Have certificate of Advanced Trauma Life Support ( ATLS )
• Have certificate of Advanced Cardiac Life Support ( ACLS )
• Willing to travel, Domestic and International.
• Good for presentation skill.
• Self-motivated, independent and customer focused with excellent problem solving skills.
• Well organized, able to work independently, able to manage a team.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and to handle work pressure.
