About this position
Responsibilities
• Participate in a one-week Global Induction in Milan with trainings and activities
• Complete a one-year job rotation in Research & Development and Operations
• Take on a technical role in one of the production sites for 12 months
• Start an international assignment for 3 years in one of the 50+ countries
• Learn new ways of working, acquire technical knowledge, and meet colleagues globally
Requirements
• Keen on joining a career in the manufacturing industry
• Ready to embrace new challenges and be trained on a technical role
• Graduated in the last 24 months or completing a degree in STEM fields
• Fluent in English
• Experience studying or working abroad, or willingness to join an international experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Enjoy learning and collaborating with colleagues
• Available to start by March 2025
• Passionate about diversity and inclusion and keen on joining a multicultural environment
