About this position

The VP, New Business Investment (M&A) is responsible for conducting feasibility studies, financial modeling, and investment proposals, as well as leading M&A activities and ensuring alignment across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility study, financial model, investment proposal, strategic & business plan
• Conduct in M&A, due diligence including liaising with relevant advisors / stakeholders
• Meet with JV and Investment Partners to discuss business plans and investment and performance appraisals.
• Review and prepare commercial documents e.g. NDA, Term Sheet, SPA, SHA
• Prepare presentation material and recommendations to the senior and top management
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of processes and procedures
• Performing research and analysis of the market and industry peers
• Lead and support post-merger integration, monitoring, support, and reporting
• Work closely with Strategy and Corporate Venture team to ensure that the project deliverables are managed at a high standard of quality and to support on Merging & Acquisition (M&A), Joint Venture, commercial collaboration and any other transactions as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor & Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration Engineering or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in the Investment Banking, Financial Analyst and Business Consultant
• Strong in financial modelling, M&A execution and Partnership program
• Positive & can-do attitude, hard-working, open-minded, good strategic planning and implementation skills
• Team player who can work effectively under pressure and independently
• Good command of English, both written and speaking
• Experience in real estate industry or logistics or Healthcare would be an advantage
