As a Corporate Strategy Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our organization. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive strategic plans aligned with the company's objectives and market dynamics.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive assessments, and industry research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights, align priorities, and facilitate strategic decision-making processes.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and effective implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Develop performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track progress against strategic goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights and rigorous analysis.
• Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to inform strategic planning efforts and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy roles, with a focus on Thailand market.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to distil complex information into actionable insights.
• Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in English and Thai languages (written and spoken).
