About this position

The Business Finance Specialist (New Business) is responsible for effective forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning to support business requirements and drive growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning to be undertaken effectively and efficiently on a timely basis to meet general business requirements including cashflow projection
• Manage and track monthly financial reports, analyze differences between the results and the original budget, P&L, OPEX, CAPEX, Cash, and identify the justified business rationales
• Support business teams to deliver effective performance reporting and business requirement
• Preparing the accurate monthly reporting and presentations, including all necessary analysis & commentary, to all relevant persons and committee
• Work proactively with key business partners to identify opportunities and to drive transformation business growth initiatives
• Identify the potential impact of key risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Provide ad hoc analysis/activities as needed!

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting and Financial / Business analysis / Commercial in analytical roles and experience in auditing Big4 is a plus!
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics / or any related fields
• Good command in English (Thai Fluent speaker)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial analysis tools.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus!
• Proactive, results-driven, and driving continuous improvement
