Maintenance Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Maintain and improve the operation of equipment and infrastructure including utilities.
• Participation in the maintenance operations.
• Organize the work of the maintenance technicians.
• Respond to requests for intervention and define priorities and emergencies.
• Manage orders for spare parts and various consumables and manage stocks.
• Analyze and suggest ways to improve the production tool.
• Qualification of new equipment, processes, and production premises.
• Optimize performance and maintenance costs.
• Manage contracted companies.
• Ensure an annual follow-up of the various regulatory contracts.
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents.
• Budget management experience.
Requirements
• Excellent multidisciplinary technical skills such as electrical and mechanical.
• Ability to manage intervention teams and direct the work of external service providers.
• Mastery of maintenance software (CMMS) and office pack tools.
• Specific authorizations are preferred (forklift, boom lift, electricity).
• Knowledges in wastewater treatment, air pollution treatment.
• Proven supervisory, technical skills and an appreciation for the complex nature of the industry.
• MBA or Master's in engineering preferred, with at least 7 to 10 years of experience.
• Appetite for field operations.
• Great analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to make decisions quickly.
• Interpersonal skills to collaborate with many other teams and to manage a team on engineers Organization, rigor.
• Strength of proposal.
• Communicate in English at a good level.
