Senior Engineer - QMS
About this position
Responsibilities
•Implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company, including any business accreditations
•Create and maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business
•Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system
•Conduct Quality Systems audits and assist in training/guidance to other auditors
•Host external Quality System audits
•Maintain the Standard Operating Procedure content and coordinate the issuing of these document
•Take a responsibility as leader to new customer sourcing assessment till get new business (JOE, EOE,COE).
•Responsibility to supplier system assessment audit (New selection, yearly assessment)
•Leader to manage Quality Control Cycle (QCC) activity
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in industrial manufacturing or relevant fields.
•More than 4 years working experience of Quality System Management position in automotive (OEM) industry.
•Knowledgeable in ISO9001, IATF16949, MSA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, FMEA and Control plan
•Proficient in English speaking ability is preferred.
•Demonstrates strong language expression and effective teamwork, coupled with a high sense of responsibility.
