About this position

The Business Development Group position involves planning, developing, implementing, and following up on the company's strategies and business processes. The role also includes coordinating business units, making presentations to clients and executives, and supporting the Managing Director and Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

• Planning, Develop, Implement and follow up Group Company Strategy
• Coordinate and follow up business in each Unit and report to MD
• Planning, Develop, Implement and follow up Group Company Business
• Planning, Develop, Implement and follow up Group Company Cooperate Planning, Compliance, and Business process deployment
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
• Support and Implement all MD and BOD Assignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven 10 years of experience as a Business Strategy, Sale & Marketing in Construction Maintenance
• Solid experience in managing Business analysis
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Strong communication and present skills
• Excellent leadership in coaching and coordination
• Excellent understand on Business process
• Good English Communication (Speaking and Writing)
