About this position
ProMark Strategies is a leading provider of revenue driving Hotel Membership Programmes with a suite of customizable Mobile Apps, the most advanced Customer Relationship Management Systems, Live database platforms & Member Spend Tracking Systems and Online Points Reward systems.
Responsibilities
You Will Be Responsible For:
• Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
• Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Escalating customer feedback as required.
• Duty as Club Ambassador at the hotel's f&b outlets
Requirements
Ideal Profile:
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Hospitality industry, is preferred but not required as complete training will be provided.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
