Warehouse Manager (ประจำคลังสินค้า นครปฐม)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Be a part in the development and measurement of KPI’s for DC and customers
• Manage day-to-day DC operations to meet KPI
• Identify and develop operational improvement proposals including layout design, operation flow, innovative initiatives
• Deploy Operation Excellence including Lean and warehouse standard to operations i.e. 5S, reducing waste, simplifying processes and delivering Kaizen
• Develop people and drive high performance culture
• Coordinate with other departments to support new implementation, set up new branch and any changes
• Support other DC related project or assignments
• Maintain safety culture. Ensure accident is zero
Requirements
• Bachelor degree, preferably in Logistics, Engineering or Statistic
• Experience in managing DC operation with WMS environment at least 5 years
• Experience in project coordination
• Experience in Lean and Quality Management System is a plus
• Knowledge in MS Office, Visio, Access and Power Point. VBA coding is a plus
• Best practice for warehouse and transport operation
• Strong people management skill
• Strong analysis skill and able to manage massive data
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Good attitude and hands on
• Able to work independently without close supervision
