About this position

Project Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure successful project execution and adherence to timelines.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the CEO.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
• Manage Top management’s schedule and provide support for scheduling meetings and coordinate meeting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to manage and coordinate projects with business objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations and handle a variety of ad hoc requests by researching information and conducting analysis.
• Responsible for administrative task and support for internal and external projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in all fields. (Degrees in Business Administration, Engineer, Economics, Marketing, or Accounting will be an advantage)
• Excellent English language skills in both communication and writing.
• Strong coordination and Problem-Solving skills.
• Planning and management skills.
• Knowledge in business analysis and development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
