The New Product Development (NPD) Officer is responsible for supporting the development of new products from conception to launch, assisting in market research, coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, Food Science.
• Previous experience in product development, project coordination, register with the FDA or a related role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
