About this position

The Assistant HR Manager (Compensation & Benefit) is responsible for managing the C&B team to implement and refine the company's compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and fostering an engaged work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage C&B team to implement company C&B strategy, policy and procedure, continuously revise and perfect relative C&B policy and procedure as request.
• Manage team to prepare monthly salary report, resigned employee’s salary report and other analysis report.
• Manage team to pay social insurance and housing fund, individual income tax for employees on time.
• Provide assistant for annual performance review, prepare merit increase summary report.
• Ensure that all human resource functions meet relevant legal compliance requirements.
• Collecting and analyzing policy information and salary in market to propose policies and programs to attract and retain employees in accordance with the common goals of the company.
• To advise and to maintain the system of policies, procedures, regulations, and processes related to salary, bonus, and benefit.
• To plan and implement activities to build an engaged working environment to deliver the company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human resource management or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a compensation & benefits or employee relations role.
• 5 years’ experience in C&B field of medium-sized company-1,000 up.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, coaching skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR technology and systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English and excellent Thai proficiency.
• Good judgment, well organized, systematic and communications skills.
• Able to work with deadline & under time pressure.
