About this position
Responsibilities
• Demonstrates the ability to learn new knowledge and master technical skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform the required work meeting agreed on expectations, such as part exchange during maintenance and changeover, process adjustment under guiding, qualified trouble shooting, develop Kaizen to reduce losses, implement CIL, etc.
• Qualify on-line QC skill block.
• Implement team level system work independently.
• Participate shift-change team meeting, IWS small group activity, such as AM activity and Loss reduction activity.
• Follows GMP standard, Safe Practices and SOPs when working.
• Can use E-system to handle individual data, such as E-learning.
• Own one of Equipment/DMS ownership.
• Responsible to own the product to meet P&G standard and meet volume as planned.
• Attend end shift meeting on time, update daily results in scorecard.
• Responsible to own more two systems or Equipment Rank B.
• Responsible to maintain their area to meet GMP, QAC requirement and 5’s standard.
• Responsible to do BO&F audit and operate Packing line with safe behavior.
• Understand and follow SOP, JSA and Safe practice.
• Build AM/PM capability and develop CIL/Maintenance standard.
• Implement CIL and PM task in your machine and update the CIL tracking sheet/PM plan.
• Build capability to use failure analysis, Why-Why tool and set trouble shooting.
• To be expert and deeply know technical mastery in your machine.
• Develop procedure/DMS/tracking system to get and maintain the result.
Requirements
• High vocational or bachelor’s degree in Technical, Operation, Production, Electrical power, Electronics or related fields.
• Must have safety in mind.
• Exhibit strong logical problem solving and operational excellence skills.
• Can work effectively with others and under pressure.
• Able to work at Bangna-Trad highway km.36 and work on shift.
