About this position

The Brand Manager position at Procter & Gamble involves leading marketing and commercial plans for billion-dollar brands, being a total business owner, and working with a cross-functional team to drive innovation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and commercial plans for billion-dollar brands
• Develop marketing plans and drive innovation
• Work with a cross-functional team to identify consumers, shoppers, and customer insights
• Execute marketing tactics to grow the brand profitably
• Play a role in setting strategy, decision-making, business planning, and analysis across all aspects of the business

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master degree in any field with an excellent academic background
• Proven success in strong leadership from school or work experience
• Strong analytical thinking and skills
• Ability to make complex decisions using available data
• Proficient in English and Thai
