Process Engineer Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Create an immediate impact on the business while building analytical, technical, and leadership skills.
• Work as the finance leader on a team with representatives from various other functions.
• Play a role in setting strategy, decision-making, business planning, and analysis across all business aspects.
• Innovate new products and drive cost-efficient solutions.
• Design technology for multimillion-dollar machines, plants, and work processes.
• Improve systems' capability, safety, and efficiency while reducing costs for the business.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in principle-based decision making.
• Proficiency in digital skills, including familiarity with manufacturing software, data analysis tools, and automation technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Open for newly graduated to apply.
• Previous experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Able to work in Wellgrow industrial estate.
