The Marketing Staff position involves conducting market research, managing relationships with media owners, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze competitive strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage relationships with media owners and vendors to coordinate placements.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and strategies.
• Manage relationships with media owners and vendors to coordinate placements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of OOH marketing campaigns.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Preferably have experience at least 2 - 5 years in sales, marketing or experience in Agency or OOH company is preferred.
• Have strong critical thinking, problem solving, creativity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing software/tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with personnel from different backgrounds and culture.
• Creative mindset with a passion for outdoor advertising.
