SSG-Project Manager
About this position
The SSG-Project Manager is responsible for managing NPI project introductions and sustaining MP projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with project teams and customers.
Responsibilities
• NPI project introduction management in Factory side
• Issue PR notice and coordinate readiness review(4M1E) with project team for on time delivery
• New project BOI application and follow up with sourcing team on vendor information set up
• RD consign parts handling including part shipment monitor and customs paper work preparation as well as WH receiving process handling.
• Lead project review meeting, including PR pre-review meeting and close meeting
• PR issue follow up with project team in factory side
• Project gate review and MBOM process coordination NPI project introduction management in Factory side
• MP project sustaining
• Extending model set up, apply new part number for BOM set up and lead CR for customer approval
• ECN management, lead CR for the EC requirement from costumer and follow up approval from customer. Issue internal ECR process and manage EC part inventory and cost impact.
• 2ND source validation/implementation schedule management
• Production issue improvement coordination to achieve FYR requirement
• ORT plan and execution coordination
• Tooling replacement management (new tool quotation and CR for customer approval)
• Lead weekly review meeting with customer and internal team
Requirements
• 2+ years PM experiences is preferred.
• Fluent in English(Speaking/Listening/Reading/Writing), Chinese is a plus.
