About this position
The PM Assistant Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project development to ensure smooth completion and production, while driving customer requirements and coordinating across various functions.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for project development to sustaining to ensure project completion and production smoothly.
• Drive customer's requirement including spec, cost, schedule, budget, quality, regulatory and continuous process improvement.
• Cross functional coordination.
• Internal: Cross-department, RFP/RFQ process preparation.
• External: Customer Credit Evaluation / Contract Review / Biz Model & Process.
• Possess business acumen and understanding of OEM/ODM/JDM business model and key aspects of manufacturing operations.
• Accountable for meeting sales targets and organizational KPIs.
Requirements
• Creative, dynamic, and forward-thinking individual who has a passion for technology.
• Strong ability to influence and impact, effectively working with individuals and organizations.
• Great communication and collaboration skills with strong analytical capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Thai is a MUST, Chinese is plus.
• 3+ years of project management or sales management experience.
