About this position
The position involves responsibility for improving the yield and quality of mass production projects related to electronic products such as mouse, keyboard, and telephone equipment.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for mouse, keyboard, charger, telephone equipment and other products, mass production project yield improvement, process improvement, quality and efficiency improvement.
• Analyze the cause of abnormal production, optimize and improve the process related problems.
• Follow up the process of NPI, collect the problem points in stage, summarize the problem points, review the meeting and improve the progress.
• Quality control sampling, customer returned product defect analysis, Root cause, corrective action (CA), and preventive action (PA);8D report.
• Analyze the quality problem, verify the function problem, provide technical support to the production problem in time.
• Responsible for production line quality improvement work, responsible for quality analysis with quality department.
• Lead the verification and introduction of new electronic materials, new process tests and new test FW.
• Daily report of major anomalies, weekly report of work.
Requirements
• College degree or above, with English or Chinese communication skills.
• At least 2 years working experience in PCBA assembly plant (mouse, keyboard, camera, mobile phone, etc.) is preferred.
• Familiar with the pilot production of new products, the introduction and follow-up of mass production and the corresponding improvement methods, familiar with the material exception treatment, familiar with the DOE verification of pilot production.
• Familiar with the production process and control points of PCBA and assembled finished products.
• Familiar with SMT process, reflow soldering, wave soldering.
• Familiar with schematic diagram and layout of related electronic products, simple application of Pro-E or CAM350.
• Skilled in using electric coil iron, hot air gun, multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.
• Familiar with the working principle and parameters of basic electronic components, able to compare and distinguish specifications.
• Rigorous logical thinking and excellent report making skills.
• Mature and stable personality, good communication and expression skills, strong ability to work under pressure.
