iIBG-Business Operation Sr. Specialist (English speaking)
About this position
The iIBG-Business Operation Sr. Specialist is responsible for order fulfillment, demand management, inventory control, payment management, and customer relationship management, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Order fulfillment and OTD. Follow up orders and make sure on time delivery.
• Demand management and planning. Monitor customer demand trend regularly, highlight and understand the root cause of abnormal fluctuations, draw up reasonable material preparation strategy based on demand trend and project phrase.
• Overseas HUB management. Manage and control the inventory and cost;
• Inventory management. Monitor inventory and keep it in a reasonable level. Proactively negotiate with customer to consume aging inventory;
• Payment management. Collect payment safely and timely;
• RMA management. Dig out the root cause, liability and make sure no impact to customer;
• E&O management. Manage E&O and claim to liable party;
• Customer relationship management. Clear understanding of customer requirement and standard, deal with customer complaints timely and effectively, continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• More than 3 years of order follow-up, supply chain management experience, familiar with electronic factory production and shipping operations.
• College degree or above, major in English/international trade, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, as well as Chinese Speaking and listening; Ability to speak Thai is preferred.
• Proficient in office software, particularly Excel, PPT.
• Familiar with SAP operating system is preferred.
