About this position
The CQA Engineer position involves overseeing quality assurance processes, coordinating customer audits, and managing product safety and testing follow-ups.
Responsibilities
• New model: QCP, PFMEA process SOP review include tooling/fixture, machine parameter setup & record.
• Customer audit: Arrangement scheduled and coordinate with customer.
• Customer complain action: Customer claim FA & CARD tracking and RMA FA Tracking.
• Product Safety: UL/TUV on site audit follow up and NC action tracking.
• ORT test follow up: Test spec. ORT/HASA test result tracking, NC FA action.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and above.
• More than 5 years of PQA & CQA work experience in large electronics factories, familiar with quality processes and 8D reports.
• Good customer orientation, good interpersonal communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing (please do not take the test if you cannot communicate in English).
