About this position

The SMT-EQ Engineer is responsible for setting up and maintaining SMT machines, including solder paste printing, pick & place, SPI, AOI, and reflow ovens.

Responsibilities

• Setting up SMT machines including solder paste printing, pick & place, SPI, AOI, and reflow oven.
• Preventive maintenance of machines.
• Working with Panasonic, DGS program, and NPM.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above (Mechanical and electrical related majors).
• Have experience using Panasonic machines (NPM, TT2).
• Able to edit DGS program very well.
• Can create and edit SPI machine programs (sini-tek, kohyong).
• Can create and edit AOI machine programs (holly, Juzte, kohyong).
• Able to solve various quality problems that can occur in the production line.
