The HRIS Specialist position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Information Systems with a GPA of over 3.00. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in HRIS roles and be proficient in SQL Query and Adobe Coldfusion programming languages. Experience with HRIS Sunfish Version 5/6 implementation and development is preferred. The position is based in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintaining HRIS systems, servers, and databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any problems or errors in HRIS.
• Administer attendance monitoring, employee leave, and monthly reports.
• Develop HRIS as needed.
Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Information Systems with a GPA of over 3.00.
• At least 1 year of experience as an HRIS Specialist/Developer/Consultant.
• Understanding of HR business processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL Query and Adobe Coldfusion programming languages.

• Willingness to be based in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
