About this position
The Head of Information Technology is responsible for setting strategic directions, developing business strategies, and overseeing the company's performance to ensure alignment with corporate goals and values.
Responsibilities
• Set overall strategic directions and provide strategic advice to team member so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future
• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders aligning with Premier Core Values
• Planning and implementing long term business strategies to achieve the company’s objectives.
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
• Control, monitor and drive company performance in all areas to meet strategies and business achievements
• Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
• Foresee and analyze problematic future situations and occurrences and provide protective solutions to ensure company success
• Build and maintain long term, trusting partnerships with shareholders, business partners and related stockholders
• Work with top management team on evaluation potential on new initiatives project and risk assets, followed by providing best possible solutions.
• Analyzing opportunities for growth in market segments to drive profitability and sustainability
• Further develop and enhance company culture to align with corporate culture
• Drive and execute for corporate good governance
Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineer or related field required. MBA is advantage.
• Previous working experience as a Top Management for 10 years
• Proven track record of successfully managing similar sized organizations.
• Hands on experience in developing strategic and business plans
• In depth knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
• Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
• Excellent organizational and people management skills
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Problem solver able to keep calm and efficient under pressure and in crisis
