The QMS Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and updating the company management system, ensuring compliance with various standards, conducting audits, and leading quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Ensuring company management system is maintained and up to date, organizes the review process and procedure to employees.
• Ensuring the compliance between company management system with ISO9001, ISO14001, BRCGS, GHP and customer-specific requirements.
• Conducting and coordinating internal and external audits and follow up corrective actions, including the preparation hereto develop and train internal auditors.
• Registering and recalling documents in accordance with appropriate managers. Verifying Group procedures in terms of application in coordination with respective managers.
• Ensuring an effective Management review including documentation.
• Follow up and consolidate quality information for weekly/monthly report with quality engineer/supervisor.
• Lead top quality issue reduction both customer complaint and internal quality problem.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field.
• At least 3 years of management experience related manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2-3 years experiences in quality function.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing process: stamping, injection and assembly are preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of process system requirements.
• Can work under pressure and self-responsibility.
• Be able to work in Rayong (Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, A.Pluakdaeng).
• Experiences of internal audit system for BRCGS, GMP, ISO9001, ISO14001.
• Comprehensive knowledge of process system requirement.
• Familiar with applicable standards e.g., customer requirements.
• Process excellent problem-solving skills with strong leadership and negotiation skills.
