Quality Assurance System Engineer
About this position
The Quality Assurance System Engineer will assist in managing ISO standards and documentation systems, support audits, and ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols.
Responsibilities
• Assist QA Team Leader in managing the ISO 9001, and ISO/IEC 17025 implementation.
• Manage the ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, CE Mark – FPC system at Amata, RCS, and Product internal audit.
• Manage the CAR/PAR system that originates from the internal and external audit.
• Facilitate all departments and users for the generating, modifying, and other actions related to ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 documentation systems such as consulting, editing, typing, printing, copying, distribution, and recalling.
• Manage the computerized database of the Document Control system.
• Participate in internal audit as an auditor.
• Manage Archive room for control record. (receive and move record boxes to archive room, manage to destroy when the records retention period is expired).
• Support JIS, BIS Mark, AD 2000, PED, and CE mark audit.
• Coordinate and support third-party audits (BV certification, ISO/IEC 17025, and TIS 1378 - 2539 Certification). Start from preparing the document for signing the contract, appointment, hotel reservation, food, program organization, audit cooperation, and follow-up all Non-conformities). Additionally, for TIS 1378, cooperate with OP and FI to prepare a sample and send it to test).
• Support the Customer Audit and self-assessment that is required by the customer.
• Perform any others assigned by the QA Team Leader
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 3-5 years experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of document control, internal audit, and corrective & preventive action.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 17025, and TIS 1378 Standard.
• Knowledge of computer literacy.
• Attended training course “Safety for Supervisory Level.
