• Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as office facility, maid, drivers, stationery, guests and visitors, and other general affairs.
• Maintain and control the company’s car service, contract agreement, and gasoline.
• Coordinate with the Communications Executive for all related issues and activities.
• Support and handle Korean management (accommodation, car, VISA & Work Permit, other facility, etc.)
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Human Resources & Administration Deputy & Department Manager.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Korean management and HR & Culture Department Leader.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Min. 5 years experience in General Administration in Manufacturing.
• Good command of English Language (TOEIC score not less than 500 scores).
• Able to communicate in Korean Language (TOPIK not less than Level 3).
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
• Service-minded and proactive in problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, people, and managerial skills.
POSCO-Thainox takes deliveries of the hot-rolled coils (“black coils”) and processes them through annealing and pickling lines, and in Sendzimir mills to obtain desirable thickness. The cold-rolled coils are then given final annealing, before being delivered to a skin pass mill to create a suitable finish, and afterwards to the slitting and cut-to-length lines. Each and every production process is computer-controlled, while metallurgical quality and mechanical properties are tested in state-of-the-art laboratories.
