Marketing Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies within the marketing department
• Act as the main contact between marketing, external partners, and internal departments
• Plan offline events and product launches with the marketing department
• Assist marketing department in monitoring trends and analyzing market data
• Negotiate with vendors and manage pitching processes
• Oversee daily team activities, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Track and analyze marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with design teams and agencies on marketing materials
• Conduct market research to identify customer and market trends
• Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and data management
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to create effective revenue-increasing strategies
• Creative problem-solving with attention to detail
• Strong in data analysis and presenting insights
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal); Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) concepts and management.
