Founded in 2010, POP MART (SEHK: 9992) is a culture and entertainment company mainly focused on creating art toys and collectible pieces. The company operates in four areas of business: Global artist development; IP incubation and operation; retailing; and promotion of art toy culture. About this position

We are looking for a dedicated and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our marketing initiatives. This position will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and analyzing market trends. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies within the marketing department
• Act as the main contact between marketing, external partners, and internal departments
• Plan offline events and product launches with the marketing department
• Assist marketing department in monitoring trends and analyzing market data
• Negotiate with vendors and manage pitching processes
• Oversee daily team activities, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Track and analyze marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with design teams and agencies on marketing materials
• Conduct market research to identify customer and market trends
• Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and data management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to create effective revenue-increasing strategies
• Creative problem-solving with attention to detail
• Strong in data analysis and presenting insights
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal); Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) concepts and management.
