E-Commerce Operation Supervisor

Founded in 2010, POP MART (SEHK: 9992) is a culture and entertainment company mainly focused on creating art toys and collectible pieces. The company operates in four areas of business: Global artist development; IP incubation and operation; retailing; and promotion of art toy culture. POP MART works with renowned international designers such as Kenny Wong, Pucky, Kasing Lung, and many others. The company also collaborates with top-level, global brands such as Disney, Universal Studios, and Sanrio. By the end of August 2021, POP MART had over 300+ brick and mortar stores and 2,000+ Robo Shops (vending machines of POP MART products), spanning 60 cities across Mainland China. POP MART continues to expand overseas, having successfully entered 24 countries/regions located in Asia, America, Europe, and Oceania. About this position

The E-Commerce Operation Supervisor will manage the daily operations of POP MART Indonesia's e-commerce platforms, ensuring effective marketing campaigns and collaboration to enhance brand visibility and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of POP MART Indonesia's e-commerce platforms including product listings, online advertising, and inventory management.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with platform schedules to achieve sales and promotional targets.
• Collaborate with e-commerce to maximize visibility through platform promotions and ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee off-site promotions, including KOL partnerships, collaborations, and local advertisements to increase brand awareness.
• Keep track of market trends and opportunities in e-commerce to help grow POP MART's presence in Indonesia.
• Work closely with local and global teams to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with the brand's localization strategy.

Requirements

• Fluent in Indonesian and English (Proficiency in Chinese is preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Strong skills in data analysis, Microsoft Office, and e-commerce analytics tools.
• Experience in live-streaming, KOL collaborations, and channel development is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences.
