About this position

The Supervisor QA is responsible for overseeing the quality documentation process, coordinating claims and product exchanges, controlling incoming products from suppliers, and ensuring the quality of products before delivery to customers. They are also involved in problem-solving, data collection, quality control during production, and analysis of product quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality documentation process as requested by customers
• Coordinate claims and product exchanges with relevant departments
• Control incoming components and products from suppliers
• Monitor and correct issues found during product inspections
• Follow up on problem resolutions and respond to customer notifications
• Provide necessary inspection equipment and assign inspection staff to prevent quality issues
• Collect and organize data for reporting
• Participate in quality improvement meetings
• Supervise inspection activities during production and final product stages
• Notify testing department and control quality to issue Corrective Action Reports (CAR)
• Analyze production processes and product characteristics for quality improvement
• Establish inspection standards and analyze measurement systems
• Manage the creation of Jigs, Master Samples, and Limit Samples for current production items
• Other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Knowledge of IATF16949 system
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet)
• Detail-oriented and thorough
