About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the residential community, ensuring a high standard of living for all residents
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with various service providers, such as security, cleaning, and maintenance, to ensure the smooth running of the community
• Oversee the implementation of community rules and regulations, promoting a harmonious living environment
• Collaborate with the PLUS +' team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the community's amenities and services
• Manage the community's budget and oversee financial reporting
• Attend to emergency situations and take appropriate actions to resolve them
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively handle a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to use property management software
• Detailed-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing residential communities in Thailand
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
