About this position

In this role, you will lead and execution of Business Partnerships & Purchasing strategies, overseeing day-to-day procurement functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage external partnerships to align with the company’s mission and strategies.
• Stay updated on industry developments, sharing insights with the team.
• Handle paperwork and approval for initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance KPIs.
• Analyze project development possibilities, data, and ROI, selecting optimal choices.
• Collect additional income to support revenue goals.
• Lead and develop the purchasing team, ensuring timely deliveries and effective systems.
• Identify, negotiate, and close new business partnership opportunities.
• Generate monthly reports for cost reduction and best practices alignment.
• Measure and achieve key targets aligned with Procurement KPIs Dashboard.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, General Business, Real Estate, Architecture, or related fields.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Managerial level and in fields of property management, Procurement, Business Partnership, deal brokerage or Real estate consultancy fields.
• Experience in large transactions like M&A, JV, and Sales.
• Strong communication skills in English and Thai.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of procurement work and contract management.
• Familiarity with equipment and spare parts for building maintenance.
