About this position

The Senior Operation Manager (Area Manager) - Condominium is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of condominium properties, supporting the Director in managing staff, and ensuring high performance and financial adherence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of day-to-day operations of condominium properties.
• Support the Director in supervising and managing property management staff.
• Assist in the hiring, training, and development of staff to ensure high performance.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents regarding escalated concerns, complaints, and requests.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by law and industry standards.
• Conduct regular reviews of vendor performance and service levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in property management or a related field, with a focus on condominium operations.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
• At least 5 years of experience in Operation Manager or Area Manager before.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good command in English.
