About this position
Responsibilities
• ควบคุม ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยภายในหมู่บ้านและพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง
• ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานแม่บ้าน รปภ. คนสวน ช่าง ให้ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างเป็นระเบียบ เรียบร้อย
• ดูแลความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย ให้ผู้พักอาศัยอยู่ในกฎระเบียบของทางนิติบุคคล
• รับเรื่องร้องเรียน และแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกบ้าน
• ร่วมประชุมกับผู้ว่าจ้าง รับนโยบายของผู้ว่าจ้างเพื่อนำมาพัฒนาโครงการที่บริหาร
Requirements
• วุฒิป.ตรี หรือโท สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารหมู่บ้านจัดสรร อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการพื้นที่อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ และรักงานบริการ
• สามารถทำงานในวันเสาร์และวันอาทิตย์ได้
• สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ ในระดับดี
