About this position

The Director - Asset Management Department (Sales and Marketing) is responsible for planning and implementing operations in alignment with company policies and annual goals, managing project sales and marketing activities, and building relationships to create business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement operations in accordance with company policies and key annual goals for the assigned department.
• Control and manage project sales and marketing activities.
• Set and plan workforce requirements, including participating in the selection of personnel.
• Control, oversee, and support the team's work to ensure it runs smoothly.
• Adjust strategies to stay competitive in the market.
• Explore new business opportunities, propose, and plan strategies.
• Resolve issues and collaborate in problem-solving during operations.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to create business opportunities.
• Monitor and track team performance to ensure it aligns with the company's targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Skills in presenting work or sales presentations.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
• Regularly follow real estate market news and trends.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate in English.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs.
