Responsibilities

• Explore new business opportunities, propose, and plan strategies.

• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to create business opportunities.
• Monitor and track team performance to ensure it aligns with the company's targets.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Skills in presenting work or sales presentations.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
• Regularly follow real estate market news and trends.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate in English.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs.
