About this position

Join our dynamic team in the property industry! We provide comprehensive solutions in brokerage, property management, and tech-driven services. We’re looking for a talented communicator to shape our brand narrative and lead our corporate communications and setting communication direction for the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead PR and corporate communication initiatives across our business units (Brokerage, Property Management, and Technology Solutions).
• Develop and execute corporate communication strategies, including media planning, PR campaigns, and competitor analysis.
• Create and coordinate PR materials such as press releases, articles, speeches, and presentations for public events.
• Collaborate with management and operational teams to craft compelling stories that communicate our value.
• Track KPIs, media exposure, and adjust strategies based on performance reports.
• Monitor competitors and daily industry news, summarizing key insights for executives.
• Pitch media outlets for articles and interviews, and build strong relationships with journalists.
• Support business units with marketing materials, client pitches, and corporate profiles.
• Manage crisis communication and negative feedback across online and offline channels.
• Coordinate marketing materials production, including videos, photoshoots, and event collateral.
• Organize corporate events such as exhibitions, special events, and press conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Corporate Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PR, corporate communication, or marketing communications.
• Good business communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media and journalists in the property, finance, business fields, and lifestyle bloggers.
• Excellent communication skills for all levels, from operations to executive teams.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to work both independently and in teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability under pressure.
• Creative, flexible, with a continuous learning mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strong computer literacy.
• Proven ability to take ownership, initiate projects, learn quickly, think logically, adapt to new situations, and be proactive.
