About this position

The Business Development & Sales position focuses on designing and developing security technology solutions and products, managing sales revenue, and implementing marketing plans to enhance business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design and Development security technology solution and product for new and existing project.
• Developed pricing strategies while balancing firm objectives with customer satisfaction maximization.
• Negotiated agreements with suppliers to manage inventory, quality, and cost.
• Deliver sales revenue to meet company assigned KPIs and targets.
• Directed planning, budgeting, vendor selection and quality assurance efforts.
• Monitor market trends, market movements, competitors, and pricing.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
• Initiate and implement new product launching together with PM team including training and coaching sales teams.
• Support teams and partners in terms of technical & application knowledge to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives, presentation, site survey, consultative to the customers.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration and related.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in BD and Sales and customer relationship management projects management with cross-functional experience.
• Have knowledge in overall solutions in Factory Products is advantage.
• Experience working in a business improvement and project management role in a dynamic environment.
• Logical Thinker with a high level of communication & presentation skills as well as problem-solving and financial skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Have own car with driving licenses is preferable.
