About this position

Looking for a highly motivated Assistant Marketing Manager to join the team and help grow the brokerage business. Ideal candidate will have marketing and digital marketing experience, with a mix of sales support experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for brokerage business including concept and content development, key visual design, high-quality materials development to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Initiate marketing approaches to encourage sales growth and enhance opportunities for business.
• Strategically manage media planning, budget allocation, and maximize ROI to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaign performance and identify key areas for improvement to enhance conversion rates and revenue generation.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure a competitive edge in the market.
• Ensure that all campaigns within your remit are successfully implemented and completed within the agreed timeline.
• Work within the given budget to develop cost-effective marketing campaigns and utilize budget wisely.
• Collaborate closely with sales team, customer support teams, other marketing members, and online agencies for product selection, marketing strategy, marketing campaign as well as lead performance analysis on a weekly basis.
• Efficiently lead the team, provide guidance for successful project outcomes, support for resource requirement and actively identify professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and expertise of team members.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish a strong reporting framework for optimizing marketing strategies and ensuring efficient ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing or related field
• 4-5 years experienced in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content & Ad Agency
• Having background in property agency business is advantageous
• High responsibility, result-oriented, attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure, close-fitting budget and time constrain
• Highly engaging, versatile, and adaptable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill to collaborate smoothly with multiple teams
• Capable of thinking strategically with data and metrics driven, and connect results to business goals
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written
• Comfortable working independently as well as a team
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in digital marketing channels and emerging design tools (i.e. Canva, VDO editor) is advantageous
• Willingness and ability to travel upcountry time to time
