About this position
Responsibilities
• วางแผนการทำงานของทีมขายเพื่อให้บรรลุตามนโยบายและเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด
• ติดตามและประเมินผลงานของทีมขาย
• ควบคุม ดูแล และสนับสนุนการทำงานของทีมงานให้ดำเนินไปได้อย่างเหมาะสม และเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด
• สรุปผลการดำเนินงานของทีมขาย และรายงานผลการดำเนินงานตามวาระที่เหมาะสม
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
• ช่วยหาสินทรัพย์เพื่อขายเพิ่มเพื่อสนับสนุนการขายของทีม
• ติดตามข้อมูลและความเคลื่อนไหวของตลาดอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• สนับสนุนงานทางด้านเอกสารงานขาย
Requirements
• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญาตรี สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์อย่างน้อย 0-1 ปี
• มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารดี
• มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมที่กดดัน
• สามารถพูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
• ทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
